So many people are hurting in the world right now! The economy, our changing culture, and the ways in which relationships and our lives are affected can be overwhelming.

But that is why KCBI exists. KCBI is a Bible-centered station offering the truth about God’s love and care for each and every one of us! We’re dedicated to meeting the spiritual needs of listeners and those in our community, like Cilia who shared her story: 

“Thank you KCBI for being my constant reminder that I’m not alone. 2021 is a year I will never forget. Being homeless on New Year’s Day is not how many people wish to welcome the New Year. But that’s how me and the boys welcomed our 2021.

While living in a homeless shelter in Dallas for the first two months of 2021 KCBI has become my best friend. One night while praying with KCBI on in the background softly, I heard the song “Just Be Held,” a perfect song in that perfect time. It was the answer for my prayer right there and then. And this song is still my prayer until today. Just be held. Thank you KCBI for everything that you do. Keep doing what you’re doing because someone like me listens every day!”

We love to point people to Jesus like Cilia and thousands of others in our community and far beyond to help them grow in their walk with Him!
